Move-in Checklist
After being accepted as the leaseholder on one of our vacancies, you'll need to pay the first month's rent and security deposit to sign the lease.
Our team will make sure you have all necessary information about inspections and schedule the key exchange when you sign the lease with us.
Please place all accounts in your name immediately after the lease signing. Remember, you are responsible for keeping all utility accounts for your property current.
Move-out Checklist
Planning to move out of your rental home? You'll need to provide us with written notice of your plan to vacate, in accordance with your lease.
Before you hand in the keys for your rental home, please bring it back to rent-ready condition. This means taking care of the following priorities:
Rental Cleaning: Your property should be thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next tenants. To achieve this, remove all of your belongings from the home, in addition to any garbage. Carefully clean each room, taking the time to vacuum/mop/sweep the floors and wipe down hard surfaces.
Landscaping & Outdoor Areas: If you routinely take care of chores like lawn care, please be sure to do this once more immediately before moving out.
Repairs: If damage occurred during your stay, make every effort to repair these issues. This may involve patching nail and screw holes, repainting discolored walls, or replacing broken glass.
We will perform a final inspection before returning your deposit. If we identify any new damage during this visit, we will schedule repairs; these expenses will be deducted from your deposit.
Remember, you cannot use the deposit to cover your last month's rent payment.
